Bad News from Davos for Women: Here's What You Can Do
Hello Leaders:
This week the World Economic Forum announced that: It will take 151 years to close the global economic gender gap. This is bad news for women and for every leader of governments and organizations in the world. The gender gap has grown from 132 in 2022 and has doubled since 2018.

Read on for ideas of what YOU can do to start reducing the gender gap and propelling your own career:
1) COACH women to success for them and YOU. Attention: Coaches, consultants and HR/DE&I leaders. Take a stand for women's success and your own. There's still time to build your brand, attract business and support women by enrolling in the Her Circle Leadership Women's Coach Certification Program. It begins on Jan. 31. Women need our support.
There is so much YOU CAN DO to guide women to shift and adapt habits that hold them back and transform them into full leaders who stand up for themselves as well as others. Her Circle Leadership gives you the tools - and the certification - to coach and advise women on "what to do" and "how to do it" - new behaviors that bring rewards to them, their teams and to their organizations.
